Crunch and Go Breakkie
This is an easy, quick and filling breakfast for those mornings that you are simply running out of time, trying to get out the door. Filled
with beautiful fats, greens, probiotics, prebiotics and a burst of sweet flavour from the blueberries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp Pepitas
- 1/2 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp Psyllium husk
- 1/2 Tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp Currants
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- Pinch Seaweed Salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your preference) (Warm your milk in the cooler months)

1 tbsp Changing Habits Peak Performance Powder (Optional - Contains Greens, Probiotic, Nature's
Vitamin C... plus
more goodies).
Method
- Add all ingredients to your bowl.
- Gently stir to mix.

Allow to sit for 15 minutes (while you continue getting ready for your day). Add a little more milk to suit your desired consistency.
It will thicken up.
