I have been there... Fatigue, Adrenal Exhaustion, brain fog, anxiety and insomnia - worrying about where my health was headed! I didn't want a bandaid solution. I wanted to find the root cause, make lifelong changes and build a solid foundation for a vibrantly happy, healthy and strong future!
Over time this happened for me as I read, studied, experimented and embraced the nutritional and lifestyles changes required.
I then went on to formerly study at The Nutrition Academy and the Peter Edwards Academy. I have always been interested in natural health, however upon graduating as a Nutritional and Natural Health Consultant, Iridologist and Massage Therapist, my goal was to create a program that would help others take the steps they needed towards lifelong vibrant health and longevity.
